Tic Tac Room

In this small game, you can play with 2-4 players to a game of plateformer hot potato!
At the beginning of each round, each player place a block in the level and then they race one after another until the timer reaches 0. Beware, the timer is invisible so reach the end as fast as possible!

This project was made in 48 hours for the autumn WonderJam 2023 of UQAC.

Controls
Each player play on the same keyboard and they "toss the keyboard" to one another.
A/D or left/right arrow to move
Spacebar to jump
WASD or arrow keys to move objects in the level editor at the beginning of each round.

How to play
Reach the end of the room before the timer runs out or you'll EXPLODE :O.
You have 3 lives. You lose a life when the timer runs out and you're still in the room. When you have no more lives, you die but you still can place blocks to mess with players.

The timer is global, meaning that it doesn't reset when someone finishes his turn. The round ends when the timer runs out and a player lose a life.

Be careful, after some rounds it's getting pretty chaotic! >:)

If you feel like it, you can select a bomb to destroy already placed blocks or a poutine to prevent you from losing a life this round.
